Answer: Yes, all BizMot physical NFC cards come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects including printing errors, NFC chip malfunctions, card delamination, and any issues arising from production quality problems.

If your card experiences any warranty-covered issues, BizMot will either replace the card with a new one at no additional cost or provide a full refund at your preference. To claim warranty service, simply contact our customer support team with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, physical abuse, exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage, or intentional modifications. For cards that fail outside the warranty period, replacement cards can be purchased at a discounted rate for existing customers. At the end of your 30-day trial, you can choose to continue with your subscription, which will be billed according to your plan's pricing (monthly or annually). If you decide BizMot isn't right for you, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. The cards are manufactured using premium PVC plastic with a matte or glossy finish depending on your design preference. Each card contains an embedded NFC chip (NXP NTAG213 or NTAG216) that provides reliable tap-to-share functionality with a read range of 1-4 centimeters.

Cards are printed using UV printing technology for vibrant, fade-resistant colors and sharp text. The printing is scratch-resistant and durable for daily use. Optional premium upgrades include metal cards (stainless steel or aluminum), wooden cards made from sustainable bamboo, and transparent PVC cards. Enterprise customers can also request custom materials, thicknesses, or special finishes such as embossing, spot UV coating, or NFC-embedded metal business cards.
